About a few months into the pandemic, I was inspired to run a mini-campaign set in my homebrewed continent of Afonstryd. The campaign focused on the civil war in the Nation of Nisfrith, and this is the prologue to the campaign I designed.
The campaign was set in a country now in a violent war of succession between various noble clans. Despite the very grim plotline, the campaign mixes in a lot of fae imagery and almost discordant whimsy, which inspired the palette.
